We hope you were able to join, at least in part, this year's Global Sports Week event. Held digitally due to the world events, the week long sports industry event brought together global sports leaders, cultural influencers, change-makers, athletes and activists to shape the future of sport across the boundaries of geography, society and business.  As partners to the event, we were excited to part of the conversation and the week provided much optimism for the future of our industry thanks to inspiring insight, learning and innovating from those across our industry.

In playing our role to support shaping the future of 'People' in the sports industry, Global Sports is passionate about driving the People agenda forward and facilitating discussion. Bringing the sports industry and it's leaders together to address the challenges and opportunities we face, as we navigate a new 'people' landscape in which organisations need to operate, is a foundational principle of our People Agenda vision.

As part of Global Sports Week, we brought together a panel of People experts  from the business of sport, moderated by our CEO, Will Lloyd, to discuss 'how Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Health & Well-being and Training and Development play a key role in creating high performing organisations.'

Sarah Brookes, Chief People Officer, Formula E, Florian Python, Senior HR business Partner, UEFA and Vivi Dimitriadou, Chief People Officer, SPORTFIVE joined us to discuss and debate these key topics that forward thinking sporting organisations are addressing to create high performing teams and ultimately businesses.

We have shared this session here for you to gain unique insights from the industry in how organisations that are putting a priority on their people in building organisational success for the future.
